Wildflowers in the City

Although the city was in lockdown, the wildflowers still bloomed gloriously in the Botanic Gardens. Violets, egg-yolk yellows, poppy reds, and fuchsia pinks spilled onto the path and tripped up our eyes to point out the simple pleasures we still enjoyed.
