A Thousand Prayers / (on the Camino Frances)

Last May, my husband, Paul, and I walked the Camino Frances from St Jean Pied-de-Port to Santiago de Compostela then on to Finisterre and Muxia, a journey of a thousand kilometres, and a thousand reflective moments which I recorded along the way, and later transcribed into an installation called A Thousand Prayers.  This body of work encompasses images from the Camino in pastel works on paper, a 60m installation of a thousand prayers, and a 20 minute film, encapsulating the experience inspired by this life transforming walk.
