Purchasing and Shipping

I want you to be happy with your new art. If you have any questions, please contact me in advance at liz@lizeastlandart.com.

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Purchasing

Interested in purchasing my artwork?

If you are interested in purchasing any of my artwork, please email your request to liz@lizeastlandart.com. I want others to enjoy my work, so my prices are very reasonable! Some works are framed and can only be picked up in person. Their pricing will reflect the cost of framing.

How is my payment handled? 

Payments are taken through PayPal in Australian Dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Paying by bank transfer

Of course there is always  an option to pay by bank transfer. If you select this option I will be email you with details of how to pay. Please pay immediately as the artwork is available to anyone until you pay.

Shipping

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?

Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days unless otherwise agreed with you prior to paying. Within the Australia they are sent by Australia Post or courier depending on size and weight.  Most deliveries arrive within 2 weeks from time of shipping. Please allow 15 working days in total. Please be aware that Covid can significantly delay postal deliveries. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my print?

All prints are made to order and orders are sent within 7 days to the printer, then sent to you. Within Australia prints are sent by Australia Post and will receive a tracking number, which I will mail to you, to track delivery.  Most Australian deliveries arrive within two weeks from time of shipping. Please allow 15 working days in total.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Under certain circumstances this might be a preferred option for both of us! Please feel free to email me with this request to liz@lizeastlandart.com.

Is Shipping included? 

Please email me your details and location for a shipping quote. liz@lizeastlandart.com.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries. Please email me at liz@lizeastlandart.com with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Returns

What if my artwork arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement for works sent within Australia.

If an original artwork is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

Do you give a refund on prints if I change my mind?

All prints are custom made to the size you request. I don’t hold stock – each print is made for you. Please check the size is as you wish before you place the order.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, to an Australian destination, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.

What about Overseas Returns?

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Australia.
