Still life from my balcony
We lived in Hawaii when I was first learning to speak, and my first words were Hawaiian. This tiki was carved by one of the prisoners on the island and sits on our balcony. The glass balls were used by the fishermen for their nets. I have always loved the rich texture and colours of these objects together.
